How the QR queue works

The customer scans the QR code displayed at the counter or entrance and joins the line from their phone browser, with nothing to install. From that moment they see their position and a self-updating wait estimate. You call the next person with one tap from the dashboard, and every phone in the queue updates instantly thanks to real-time WebSocket updates.

Goodbye paper tickets
